Avi Tilonsky
Family Financial AdviserAvi Tilonsky is a family financial advisor who helps people make wise financial decisions and implement long-term strategies to live meaningfully. He believes finances are a tool to create stability, opportunity, and meaning. Through his work at FiRN (Financial Resource Network), he helps families and individuals develop a strategy and build their financial future.
Before joining FiRN, Avi spent more than a decade in nonprofit fundraising and Jewish communal leadership, developing educational programs and community initiatives across North America. Based in Jerusalem, he enjoys biking, exploring the city's neighborhoods, officiating weddings, and traveling.
Noga Malki
Office ManagerNoga Malki Van Gelderen brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in Israel's pharmaceutical and biotech industries, with deep expertise in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, data integrity, and client relations — including US, EU, and Israeli regulatory standards. That same precision now drives her role as Office Manager at Financial Resource Network, a family office helping Olim families and businesses invest with confidence. Having made aliya as a child herself, she understands the Olim journey firsthand and brings both professional know-how and genuine care to every client interaction. She lives in Jerusalem and enjoys nature, family, and learning new things.
F. Mark van Gelderen
Mark studied at Ithaca College, Cornell University and Syracuse University, and has B.A., M.S. & T.E.P. (Trust & Estate Professional) certifications. He has taught at the Bachelors and Masters level in the USA, Canada and Brazil before coming to Israel. He taught Personal Economics in the USA at the graduate school level. In Israel, he has has been presenting financial education programs since 1992, in English, to thousands of Olim. Mark co-founded the Financial Resource Network in Israel to provide Family Office services to Olim.
